The remover is used to remove color impurities from the skin or to remove the applied color from the skin in and around the eyebrows. It also allows for reducing the intensity of the color by 1-2 shades. Gentle on skin and hair.
Application: Apply Noemi Remover to a cotton pad or swab and remove the color in the desired area. Rinse with water afterward.
