We want to be transparent for anyone reading this review: our checkout includes Route Shipping Protection by default to cover exactly these situations. This customer chose to remove it before completing their order. When a package is lost or misdelivered without Route Protection, we are unfortunately unable to issue a replacement or refund, as the shipment falls outside of our control once it leaves our facility.

In this case, USPS tracking confirms the package was delivered to the correct address in a timely manner. We did advise checking with neighbors and contacting the local post office directly to file a lost shipment claim, which is the appropriate next step when Route Protection has not been selected.
