We ship to the United States and Canada. If you wish to order our products from Mexico, or other countries of the Americas, please visit our global store, www.ruthiebelle.com
As a customer, you are liable for all import fees, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. We recommend reviewing any additional charges with your local customs departments before ordering.
Orders are shipped 1-2 days after placing an order, please add processing time to choose shipping time.
- If a return is not approved, the customer will have to pay for the product to be shipped back to them if they do not wish to exchange the product(s).
- We will ship your order and products to the address provided.
Shipping and handling costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed – only the product cost of authorized returns is refunded. Priority shipping
At Ruthie Belle, we strive to provide the best shipping options for our customers. Please note that both Priority and Standard shipping methods are estimations provided by the Postal Service. While these estimates are generally reliable, unforeseen issues with postal delivery services can occasionally occur. We want to emphasize that the delivery dates provided for Priority and Standard shipping are not guaranteed. Weather conditions, transportation delays, and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may impact the delivery time. We recommend selecting our One-Day Express Shipping option for customers who require guaranteed delivery by a specific date. This is the only shipping method that comes with a guaranteed delivery date. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure your orders are delivered to you in a timely manner. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.
Product Damage in Shipment or Defective
If the item you receive is damaged in shipment or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a return.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
Ruthie Belle is not responsible for any lost or stolen orders.
This includes (but is not limited to) lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors/family to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. If it still hasn't been found, please contact your local Post Office. You are responsible for filing a claim with USPS if the order is not found. Refunds are not issued due to USPS error.
Any charges for returned orders due to customer error (incorrect address, refused/undeliverable orders, etc...) will be the responsibility of the customer.
Canceling an Order
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at ruthiebelleusa@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
